In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons in regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC - General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:

  3. Your personal data contained in this registration form will be processed for the purpose of:
  1. providing the service referred to in the form, i.e. creation of a database of peers - the legal basis for the processing is:
    • Article 6(1)(b) GDPR - i.e. the processing is necessary for taking action prior to the conclusion of the contract and for its performance;
    • Article 6(1)(e) GDPR - i.e. the processing carried out in the public interest in connection with the provisions concerning the implementation of the Project;
    • Article 6(1)(a) GDPR - i.e. the consent to the processing of the personal data and image of peers for the purpose of disclosing them to the Project Leader for management and publication in the form of a profile in the peers database on the platform created as part of the project.
  2. reporting on the project progress, financial and accounting settlements and archiving documentation concerning the organisation of the aforementioned meeting - as the processing of the data is necessary to fulfil our legal obligations arising from financial, tax and Project implementation regulations and subject to the procedures laid down by the institutions providing funding for the implementation of the projects (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  1. We will share your personal data with entities to which the Administrator shall make the documentation available to, among others, institutions and entities carrying out tasks related to the implementation of European Funds, in particular those related to the implementation, management and control of the Interreg South Baltic 2021-2027 programme as well as to the University of Gdańsk acting as the Project Leader. Moreover, the recipient of your data may be an entity to which we will contract services related to the processing of personal data, including providers of IT services, archiving and data destruction services). Such entities will process data on our behalf and only in accordance with our instructions. In addition, to the extent that it constitutes public information, the data will be disclosed to anyone interested in such information or published on the website of the Agency (ARP S.A.). You may withdraw your consent to the processing of your image at any time by submitting a statement of withdrawal of consent to balticbeat@arp.gda.pl. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
  2. The provided personal data will be stored in accordance with Polish regulations on the national archival resource and archives, including for a period of at least 5 years from 31 December of the year in which the last payment was made to the Lead Partner, subject to provisions that may provide for a longer period for carrying out controls and audits, as well as in accordance with regulations on State aid and de minimis aid and regulations on tax on goods and services.
  3. Due to the processing of personal data, you have the right to request from the Administrator access to your personal data, right to their rectification, right to erase data, right to restrict the processing of data and the right to object to the processing of data performed by the Administrator in this respect.
  4. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych).
  5. The provision of personal data is necessary and a prerequisite for being added to the peer database. Failure to provide such data will prevent your inclusion in the database. Providing your image is voluntary. In the absence of consent to its publication, the image will not be published in the peer database.
