Board of Directors

Lukasz  Zelewski

The President of Pomerania Development Agency since 2007.

Prior to this, he held the position of a Deputy Managing Director of Polish Post. Under his management, Gdansk Branch of Polish Post went from a loss-making and inefficient company to a competitive firm with the turnover of 600 mln.

In  2003-2006 he was a director of Economy & Infrastructure Department of Marshal Office for Pomorskie Voivodeship. With quite a few years of previous experience in running his own business enterprise, he successfully privatised Neptune Film Ltd on behalf of The Board of Pomorskie Voivodeship.

A member of Pomerania Enterprise Council and Economic Council for Pomorskie region.
He holds MSc in Math and Physics from Gdansk University. Interested in cosmology, he is also a skilled and dedicated mountaineer in his spare time.


Rafal Dubel

Vice president of Board of Directors since 2016.

He supervises Accounting &Finance and Consulting departments. He is also in charge of  capital investments in the company.


Piotr Ciechowicz

Vice president of Board of Directors since 2007.
Supervisor of Regional Financing Institution, Investor Assistance Center and Promotion Department.

Prior to that,  he held the position of Deputy Director of Regional Programmes in Marshal’s  Officen of Pomeranian Voivodeship. He was responsible for redistribution of European Union Funds in Pomerania Voivodeship. In Pomerania Development Agency,  Mr. Ciechowicz is in charge of the management of EU grants directed at entrepreneurs and business environment institutions within Regional Operational Programme for Pomerania Region (2007-2013) and Operational Programme Innovative Economy. He is also responsible for the implementation of repayable financial instruments designed for infrastructure projects within JESSICA Programme (Joint European Support for Sustainable Investment in City Areas). He also supervises comprehensive foreign investor assistance programme in the region. He hold a Master’s degree in the Faculty of Social Sciences from Gdansk University.
