Real estate tax exemption

There is possibility of partial or full exemption from real estate tax for enterprises creating new workplaces. The exemption is of general nature (for a group of entrepreneurs meeting certain conditions) and could be considered regional state aid (depending on exact regulations).
Competent authority: the Commune Council (Rada Gminy).

Tax rates in 2008
 

• Maximum tax rate for land designated for business activities - 0,71 PLN/m2
• Maximum tax rate for buildings designated for business activities - 19,01 PLN/m2

Vehicle tax exemption

There is a possibility of partial or full exemption from the tax on means of transport. The tax applies only to trucks and buses. The exemption is of general nature (for a group of entrepreneurs meeting certain preconditions). It will not be considered as public aid until 1st of April 2007.
