| | Project Financial Management Department | Our main tasks involve:
- ongoing financial management of EU grants and subsidies awarded to Pomerania Development Agency;
- preparing financial reports on project progress (including payment claims);
- collaboration with other departments/project teams in terms of drawing up their project budget and realising it;
- preparing daily financial documentation;
- cooperation with the external bodies in respect of financial management of grants and subsidies ( payment claims, reporting, auditing etc.)
