Project Financial Management Department

Our main tasks involve:

  • ongoing financial management of EU grants and subsidies awarded to Pomerania Development Agency;
  • preparing financial reports on project progress (including payment claims);
  • collaboration with other departments/project teams in terms of drawing up their project budget and realising it;
  • preparing daily financial documentation; 
  • cooperation with the external bodies in respect of financial management of grants and subsidies ( payment claims, reporting, auditing etc.)
